Why we collect personal information
We collect your personal information because it helps us deliver a superior level of customer service. It enables us to make reservations for travel, accommodations, and activities for you. In addition, your personal information helps us keep you posted on information, special offers, and events that you might like to hear about.

What information we collect and how we may use it
There are a number of situations in which your personal information may help us give you better service. For example:
- We may ask for your personal information when discussing an itinerary in order to suggest the best activities.
- When you ask us to make reservations on your behalf, we may need to provide your passport or other information to a hotel, airline, or government entity in order to do so.
- We also collect information for market research purposes — such as your email and postal addresses and telephone numbers.
- We maintain records of your written communications with us, to facilitate further services at a later date.
We will not disclose or release your information to any third party for any reason not related to planning and delivering your holiday program without your express consent, unless required to do so by legal authorities.
